These images were taken in Venice during a two week long trip we took to through Italy, Switzerland, and The Netherlands in September of 2012.  During this trip we also visited Rome, Wengen, and Amsterdam.  Venice is small and crowded, but the food is amazing and if you wander through the narrow alleys and back streets you can escape the crowds and find some amazing local food spots.
