York

In this post I will share some pictures and details from our short 4-hour stopover in York on the way to Edinburgh from London. We stopped by York as part of our 2-week long EID vacation trip to the UK where we also visited London, Cardiff, Stirling Castle, St. Andrews, Loch Ness and the Scottish Highlands, and Edinburgh. Although we didn’t have a lot of time to spend in York we were able to catch a few of the more famous locations in the city including The Shamble area which was the inspiration for the Diagon Alley in the Harry Potter books and movies.
